Harlaxton Summer School

Have had a few days at a lovely place near Grantham called Harlaxton Manor.  The U3A hold a Summer School there each year and I look forward to the break and catching up with old friends.
One particular friend, Hilary from near Leicester and I devise projects for our untutored group, and we always have a super crafty time.

This is Hilary's super card which was admired by all who popped in to see what we were doing, when not studying Tectonic Plates, Rutland Water or even Singing for Fun.  If you are in the U3A, why not look at the website and come along?  There are numerous tutored courses to tempt you as well as our little self taught Papercraft Group.

Another of Hilary's ideas

Liz, if you are reading this, we missed you very much and look forward to seeing you there next year.

Hope everyone has a great week.  Mx

  1. Both cards are lovely, especially the top one. Not sure I'd be happy making it though. ;)
